We ship only to United States Addresses. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and are calculated during checkout.

All shipments are sent via USPS priority mail and are insured for the value of the contents. Should (in very rare situations.) your package become lost or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with USPS for retribution.

Order processing can take up to 10 business days during our busy times. Please allow adequate time for delivery. You will be given tracking information once your order has shipped.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We DO NOT accept checks unless they are processed through your PayPal as an ACH transaction.

Payment is required before your order will be shipped. We do not accept COD orders.

We understand some purchases may encounter situations for a return. To help us serve you well the return information and details are shown below.

• Isabella Nasya has a case by case return policy. In most cases, all sales are final.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging, with the exception of an item received damaged.
• The receipt / proof of purchase is needed.
• Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment (minus shipping charges). If your item has not been mailed, we will reimburse you for the shipping charges.
• All purchases of sale items and/or download items are final sales, with the exception of damaged item.
