Event Scheduling with Isabella Nasya
I’M PLANNING AN EVENT, NOW WHAT’S NEXT? (The Process)
- Planning
- The first step is contacting Isabella's team to ensure the date you want is available. Sometimes her calendar fills up anywhere from 6 months to 1 year out. However, this is not always the case. The link for this form is below.
- After Isabella's team receives your request we will look it over to be sure all of the details match with Isabella's Christian beliefs. After that, it will be forwarded to Isabella for her review. Typically within 1-3 business days you will receive an answer, but sometimes this can be expedited depending on your deadline and Isabella's availability.
- If both parties are in agreement, a contract will be issued for signatures. However, there are cases where conflicts in schedules arise and counter offers are made by Isabella. In these cases, we will await your response before issuing a contract.
- The Contract
- This contract will be a binding contract between you and the speaker. We give you 14 days to sign and return the contract, as well as a deposit for your event. Once you have signed and returned the contract we will have the speaker countersign and you will receive a fully executed contract for your records.
- Financial Responsibility
- Isabella Nasya does not ask for a fee to speak at your event. She enjoys sharing her story with others and wants to help others through situations similar to her own. It is her desire that others can learn from her journey and see God in it and their own.
- Travel Expenses. Isabella travels with an assistant to all events. Your organization is asked to cover travel expenses including gas, meals and lodging when appropriate. A full list of these expectations will be forwarded to you once your initial request has bee received.
- Audio/Visual Equipment: Depending on the style of event you may have to provide a visual projector, microphone, basic sound system, etc. Isabella isn't a diva and doesn't need the best a/v system, but the ones in the back need to hear what she's saying!
- How much time will Isabella spend at my event?
- She will spend as long as you like. If you request her for two days, you have her for two days. If you request her for a week, you'll have her for a week. However, if she has an engagement in the surrounding area during your event, she may need to split her time between the events.
